Alance deduction

I am using airtel no 9908217030 since 4 years. First 3 years it works like anything.but now every time i have a prb.either they deduct amount activating hello tunes, or giving reason that i used interent. Thistime their reason is weird, they r telling that i downloaded java games software. I have broadband connection to my pc.they should have given some other reason. When i called caled customer care, they asked me to call on 17th giving some complaint no.and when i called today they again said the same reason.is it happen to me only? or other airtel users? i better try some other sim than this airtel. I had enough prb of this airtel, wasted somuch time arguing with customer care, lot of tension i faced cz of this airtel. Thinking to change the sim, hope other sim works.
