Deduction of prepaid balance for unused services

Sir

My name is Atish Channawar and My Mobile no is 9860934889.

Airtel telecommunication is used to deduct Rs. 20 and much more every month from my prepaid balances for unused services like Airtel Tadka Live and Games club and much more.

These services are not used by me any time till now.

while complaning to customer care, they didnt even solved problem and always avoid by telling that i am using these servicess, up till now they diducted total of Rs. 250 for unknowing services.

please help me out from this situation.
