Delaying and improper action against migration of cards

My mobile number is 9994194067 and i m a customer of TN thiruvannamali district.and i m your customer from past 3 years... 2 days back my card had a problem like insert sim and no incoming and outgoing calls.. i visited airtel center in my town regarding this problems and the said my card has some problem ..we will migrate and will give you in two hours... as i m a dentist i m having lot of appointments through phones.if you go through my call details ..you will come to know..regarding my position... i waited for whole one day stil i got only invalid sim... then again visited center asked regarding this ..again the migrated to another sim card... the asked me to wait for one more day till now i m having same complaints invalid sim... and airtel center peoples not giving proper answers and not ready to provide any numbers whom i can contact and talk... you can take this as a request or notice... i cant wait more i need a answer...
