Unable to call customer care

My airtel prepaid no. is 9729389998. This is Haryana no. and I am using it in ROAMING in Hyderabad (A.P.). From last 20 days i am unable to make any call from my mob. When i call to any Haryana number it show error connection (number not in use). I tried to call Customer Care (09896098960) it show error- PHONE NUMBER NOT VALID. I called airtel care (9896098960) from another mobile on6-01 and they told that the problem will be solved within one week. Till now the problem is not solved. I also registered for DO NOT DISTURB service on 14-11. But still i am getting unwanted messages. Please do the needful to me and solve the problem. I shall be Very thankful.
