Improper services and charges

Sir,

the Airtel is charging useless money on the name of providing various services and is generating a huge revenue by charging money by coustomers to log their complains and get some information from their coustomer care evecutives

i was insured that my blacberry services for my no 9997853389 will be activated in maximum time of 4 hours but it have not happened i have been charged for the services and whenever i call their coustomer care they give me false hope that my services will be activated soon actually they are just increasing the revenue of the company by keeping on hold as long as possible and giving no infomation

i want that a strict action should be taken against Airtel and it should be forced to mend his her ways
