Failure of recharge vouche

Hello Sir/ ma'am,

I am also having same problem. I bought a recharge voucher worth rupees 30, bearing serial number 1761009019175365 in Jaipur and when I recharged my cell I received no balance in my account. This lack of professionalism is not expected from Company like Airtel. 30 rupees doesn't matter but this leads me to think that I have made a mistake by buying Airtel sim.

Kindly with genuine attitude look in to such complaints. On occurrence of such incidents we feel cheated.
