I tried to recharge my Mobile 9989271952 on 14th-Dec for topup of Rs222 using my sbi mobile banking, the amount was debited from my account and it was transferred to airtel account but I did not get any talktime. SBI response is that the amount is already transfered to airtel with transaction id: 1200 2478

3454. I spoke to customer care executives many times but most of them are giving vague replies as well as different replies, so i don't know which one speaks the truth. I sent an email to airtel on 30th Dec regarding the problem, they replied back same day and asked me submit the bank statement as they wanted the proof that the amount was debited from my account, I submitted the bank statement and then after that i wrote a chain of mails to them but I used to get auto generated sms that "We will get back to you within 24 hours", I didn't get any call or any reply from airtel... Well I have checked in SBI also that the amount was transferred to Airtel but Airtel doesn't seem to care, It is not about small or Huge amount but it is about quality, and I can say with my own experience that all promises made by airtel are fake. The quality has gone down..
