Cactivation of vas services without permission

i REENA MAHAJAN having airtel no, .9805356367 & I am already registerd for dnd service. Inspite of that comapny offered me free service on 22/01 without my consent at 9.p.m.when i made conatct to the costumer care cell I came to know that this service willbe automaticaly chargebale after two days$same day i came to know that one more service was active on My no from last 50 days &was chargable at Rs 1 daily. sir i want to know how they are allowed to loot when there is lot of law to stop this. kindly lokk into this matter because in this they will be looting many people who just keep mobile for

caling.
