Promotional Calls Even After activating DND

I am using Airtel connection since last 3-4 years. My cell number is 9766644066. I have activated DND 3 years back itself. Still I keep on receieving promotional calls from either HDFC Bank offering personal loan or some services and I am getting embrassed as these calls are being done during the day when I am in meeting or doing some office work. Today I received a call from number 912243473944.

I do not understand who share our numbers or from where our numbers are taken.
