Activate tadkalive without any information

I m Subhashis Sarkar, mobile no. 9002578686. Today 29/1, I got a massage from AV-AIRTEL (54321) that "you have renewed Tadkalive. You have been charged rs. 20/- for subscription." I cant understand when I have subscribed Tadkalive. I m requesting u kindly unsubscribe this service as soon as possible. Also this is my request, without any information pl. Do not activate any sevice. I have already registered DND service.
