Activate tadkalive without any information

I am Subhashis Sarkar. My mobile no. is 9002578686. Today (29/01) I got a massage from AIRTEL (54321) that "You have renewed Tadkalive. You have been charged Rs. 20/- for subscription". I can't understand when I have been subscribed Tadkalive. Kindly unsubscribe/deactivate Tadkalive as soon as possible and kindly don't activate any service without any information.
