Deduction of re1/day

I'm using airtel connection no. 9685161166 from long time. since last 2 months or so, daily re1 is being deducted from my balance. i've not subscribed for any such service. this is confirmed by airtel customer service via phone call dated jan 30'2011 at 6:49pm.
i want immediate rectification by discontinuing the deduction of re1/day failing which i'll be compelled to take necessary legal action.
