Balance Discrebency

My Mobile No 99404 30224 and it is a prepaid connection. On 29.01.2011 night balance was Rs 68/. On 30th Jan the balance was Rs 38/ only. They with out availing any value added service, they charged Rs 30/ from my balance. Why they are un necessarily charged my account?

On more important thing, the same was taken up to customer care on 30th Jan by 6.41p.m. and the call was chargeable @ Rs0.50 for every three minutes but there is no officer in the chair to redress my grevence. But they switch on the recorded music and announcements and charge Rs0.50 for the un attended call.

This is one way of looting the public money by the service provider.
