Overbilling

Sir my name is Rahul Chandra and i am a airtel mobile user for the last 4 yrs. approx., No is 09935166979, and my plan is advance rental. In every 6 month i will have to deposit the Advance rental of Rs. 799/- and this time i have deposited in the month of November. Now my complaint is that in 4 years my bill is always less then Rs. 500/- but this time 18th December to 18th January my bill goes to Rs. 1073.00 (u can see the records too i.e.previous bills) and i went to the Arya Nagar Centre of Airtel and i am not satisfied with their clarification so kindly let me know the clarification regarding the excess billing.
