Elance reduse and booster not update

14th dec i put a booster pack 49 its msg booster 6000/month for three month but my first month belance finished on31st jan tht time not update my 2nd month msg belance and my main belance 8rupees detected for my msg... so i inform to customer care excute he askd 24hours time but no update so many times i inform to coustemer care thy wont gave praper rpy and thy band my 198 service also so plz solve my problem...
