Rejected my MNP request

I have requested Airtel for portin to DCOMO. They rejected my request saying that less than 90 days in the present network. But I got airtel connection on 8-jul. It almost more than 2.5 years.

i called up airtel customer care. none of them responded properly.

i am planning to log a complaint in the consumer court to recover my expenses.

can you please guide me in this regard?
