Bad service in dehradun

I under signed Aditya kumar, having number 9758201805,

I want to tell that i was called up by a company representative of Rajan & company 42 (98), Arhat Bazar Dehradun 9897378999, I think they are linked to airtel. My problem is that they have collected my document and 500 cash in concern with joining airtel but they have not responded me whats the status of my MNP request moreover they are not picking up the phone they had mentioned.

Kindly tell me what should i do i was not expecting this from airtel. Kindly look into this ASAP.
