False Billing

Request about falsely charging for premium number which has not been made from my telephone no. 01204164589, A/c No.15459039, as I are any of my family member do not know about any premium number. In this regard I had made a complaint to the customer care vide Request No.42682916 dated 04.02.2011 but no satisfactory response has been received, hence I have stopped the payment of bill no.691375331 dated 18.01.2011 till my grievance is solved.
