Charges against downloads

I downloaded a game on my handset (nokia c7). the game is named as copter from nokia ovi stores. i was charged Rs. 99 though the game was free. right after sometime i recieved two massegs sayin thanx for downloading another two games and i was charged 85 and 99 respectively, though i didnt do so. after long attemps the complaits were made. after two days i was again charged Rs 20 for downloading bikini chix, where as i didnt do so. its really disappointing that such a big service providers are paying so little attention towards their services.
