Meaningless deductions

Dear Sir,

I own an airtel prepaid mobile connection (9897420010) from the past 4 years.

I have been deducted Rs 350/- from my mobile dated - 06-02, the charges being for GPRS services (which i have never used).

Also, i tried contacting customer care, who told me that the deduction will not take place if you remove ur sim from the phone. But on removing the sim, nothing of that sought had taken place and still i was deducted the amount.

Request you to kindly look into the complaint and refund me the charges (Rs 350/-)
