Charged for not used service

I received an SMS from Airtel (AD-54321) on 8/2 saying that I have renewed for subnobad subscription service and I have been charged Rs.15/-.I called up the helpline and informed them I never used this service and thus have never even renewed it. I asked to cancel the service and return the deducted balance. They informed the service activation has been done by me itself which actually I have never done and also the deducted amount cannot be returned. Request you to please help me.
