My nos 9952098863 and my upc code no is AT 334663 expire on 18/02 i have move out from air tel to Vodafone on 23/1 but
there is still no response from air tel is not giving the port out option... if the air tel gives the port out then only i have to move to Vodafone.
i ask the mnp department ..and also talk to nodel officer in vodofone .. but the clearly said all the mnp request will ready to port in...
but still airtel not ready to port out... i do know the reason why the airtel is not allowing the customer to port out...
i need a proper responce to my mail ..
pls do the needful
pls as soon give the port out from air tel the only i switch to Vodafone
because the is poor and shame full customer serving
while calling to customer care on 198 or 121
the will simply cut the call or, not responding the customer query
while i ask to transfer the call to superior the will cut the call
a worst customer service that i ever see in the telecom sector
try to solve my problem as soon as possible...
and also i cant able to contact the customer care .. the will block my calls
