Tele callers of airtel company makes miss call from chargable numbers and if you call back on hat number call charg deducted from your balance. They also start services on their own and cut charges from balance.

On complaining not accepting for long time and after providing proofs, reverts charges by crediting.

This tactics they apply to laks of customer and from every customer takes away Rs.20 o 30 every day and like this every day collects lacks of rupees illegally. If a person wants to get back his little amount, he needs to spent his valuable time for 15 days in approaching various authorities step by step according to company's system where they give totally false reply and accepts your facts only if you do not give up continuous for a week and if you give proofs.
