I have been using Airtel connection for a long time.i am very thankful to Airtel for giving excellent services and offers in my past days.but at the moment something went wrong somewhere. it means now a days i am not happy with their services. its long time since i got any good offers from their side. i dont know what happend to such a good reputed company like Airtel.if it is going like this i am sure that everybody will change their connection.it will happen soon.

if i am talking about their customer care service this page wont be enough. now a days some executives are attending the calls . infact they dont know what Airtel is giving for cusomters. they are leading into trouble.and also they are giving wrong informations.its rediculous.

please give updates about Airtel and services to the executives who works in customer care.i dont have the habbit of blaming any1 but i am compelled to register the naked truth. this is not blaming but i am tellling the truth
