Despite DND Activated, Receiving Commercial calls and sms

DND facility is activated on my Mobile no 9729621899 since 2008.

DND Reg no is - S1006843826.

But I'm still receiving commercial calls, SMSs and Service messages.

I complaint in customer care several times but they haven't taken any steps.

My complaint number is: CDRGP31114175950.

Infact after some days of registering the complaint I received a call from Airtel (9779588776) saying that the problem has been resolved. But I still receive unwanted call and SMSs.

I'm highly disappointed by this kind of behaviour from such reputed company.

If possible I want Compensation.
