Deducted money from my balance without any reason

Hi,

My no : 9987956261.

I've recharged my mobile with 100 rs from netbanking site on 13 feb. At that time it had shown the balance updated with 88.06 Rs, without calling more than 15 mins call and few sms, now my balance is showing 6.0 Rs.

I dont know how it got deducted or why it is showing so less money.

Please provide me my data of calls, transaction and deduction of between 13 feb to 14 feb
