I have been using airtel for past 3yrs. I usually recharge to booster of Rs.195/- (for Airtel to Airtel - 10ps, 10000 Local & National sms free) apart from normal recharge. Last week I recharged (easy recharge) booster of Rs.195 as usual for me and two of my family members. Surprisingly, when I send sms, I have been charged for both local (50ps) & national (Rs.1.50/-) per sms. I called to customer care to inquire about this and came to know that the Rs.195 booster plan has been changed to Rs.225/- without any notice. I requested the customer care person to reimburse my Rs.195/- so that I will recharge to Rs.225/- as I have done recharge for three of us unknowingly to Rs.195/- since there is no update of change of plan from airtel.

They send 100s of sms & call customers for astro, cricket, hello tunes, games etc. to advertise but they don't send the update of their plan change? I got no response from customer care, even they have not filed any complaint in this regard. I have called them more than 10 times till today & all the time my call is being disconnected by the customer care person directly or saying that they will transfer to their higher officials. When I tried calling them next time, It's not connecting to customer care at all. Very poor service and it's really annoying, the way they treat customers are really poor. I expect a positive solution on this request. Thanks.
