Debiting my prepaid account

I am facing too many problems with Airtel. I have a prepaid account on my mobile phone 9717312701. Two days back the balance was Rs.151.45, and today when I checked, the balance is Rs.121.45 (reduced by Rs.30). I have no knowledge as to why Rs.30 has been debited from my account. I request that suitable action be taken against Airtel, and demand that they credit my account with this Rs.30 that has been wrongly debited from my account. I wish to state that in the past I have never checked the balance in my account, and have probably been cheated by Airtel many times.
