BALANCE DEDUCTION

AIRTEL is allways try to CHEAT people with their new strategies, my COMPLAINT is regarding the BALANCE DEDUCTIONS, from 01-01 a sum of 10 rupees is continuously deducting from my account (9897074777) every weak, and many times i had tried to raised a COMPLAINT on 198 (complaint number) but there is no resolution from the customer side they & they allways try to make customer fool, so it is my request please take serious actions regarding my case...
