Balance reduction

I have send a text msg of single page to Dubai. For which i shold be charged 5.00Rs. But my balance is deducted 10.rs which is charge for two msegs. On complaining to there complaint help line 198 they didnt gave me proper reason and put the phone n now they r not even recieving my calls for complaint... i want immediate answer for this... is this the way you service your customers by putting phone on their face...
