Regarding changing of plan

My airtel number is 9944624463.. I applied for mobile portability, frm the customer side i received a call and they gave me the offer of airtel to airtel 10p and other mobile 30 p bt they nit yet activated ant offer for my number.. i'm complaining to them for the past three weeks bt no response from their side.. they are really cheating the customers by saying like this. And to 198 if i call, call is getting disconnected. I dont know wat to do for this. Kindly take action to solve my problem. I'm really suffering for the past three weeks..
