Egestation failed of simcard

I have airtel prepaid connection, I have received a message that I should submmit the required documents to continue the service, but I have already submitted it eventhough they have disconnected my mobile connection from last one month. So I am worstly affected by day today activities due to this disconnection of airtel service.sir i have submmited two times the documents in airtel office of malkangiri branch and ask why they disconnected my simcard they told me that it will not function it is regected,
