Deduction of money

Hello

My self Rajeshkumar Jain holding of Mobile No. 9766010040 of Air Tel from last 2-3 yrs. I have no problem in past but from 2-3 months i have many problem from my mobile service provider. I check my balance daily & saw that every day my balance is deduct without any reason. I call the customer care where they can charge me @ 50 paisa for 3 minutes but they only dedcuted money but not responding. When we again call the customer care they will transfer from one side to another side executive & we always say to the problems again & agains to each customer care executive its means we have many times to tell the customer care? Even though trf to trf they always tell me that there systerm is not show for today records but they not show me the previous records for why my balance is reducing daily. So please do needful against my complent otherwise i think i trf my mobile services provider.
