Activation has not done yet!

I ve just bought a duplicate SIM for my number 9600171007... i barred that SIM from one of my friends airtel number and now its been so long after i bought that duplicate SIM and still its not getting activated.. so i try calling the customer services and they re not responding because they re not responsible for this.. so i need my activation to be done fast
