Money deduction

I never download anything from the stupid airtel website or use any sms services, then why am i charged rs20 and rs15 today and last month? I just get messages about weekly sub, tadkalive and java game download and the balance is gone. I don't even visit the airtel website. This is unbearable now, either you people correct this, that is stop deducting money unnecessarily or else i'll see to it that none my friends or relatives uses airtel ever again.
