Amount deducted for the services that i have not activated

3 days ago airtel activated some "Viacom" service on my phone without my conformation. They started deducting Re1 per day. When i came to know about this, i called customer care and complained them about this. They said that they can't return the amount that they have deducted. When i told them that the same thing is getting repeated again and again, they cut the call without saying anything.
