Activation of service w/o

i am airtel (bharti) prepaid costumer (no. 9871878270).

i got a call from airtel regarding hello tunes services on 19th feb in the afternoon.

many tunes were being played and after the options finished it said

" press 8 to hear it again". i pressed 8. A song started playing and suddenly the call was disconnected on its own.

i received a sms that hello tunes service has been activated.

i was charged rs. 20 for song selection n rs. 30 as monthly rental.

However, i didnt even activate the service.

after being subscribed to this service my credit balance went down.

I want the company to return my credit back asap.
