Unwanted SMS from 55382

I am using airtel prepaid service on my Mobile No. 9958781906 but regrettably I am receiving lot of unwanted SMS from 55382 and also unwanted calls from commercial companies for marketing their products. Can I request through this forum to the Customer Service Airtel to stop this kind of service and send me confirmation thereto.
