Unsubscription of Cricket Pack

Sir,

I am a client of Air Tel having connection number 9810790628 since 01 May and enjoying excellent service until recently. However, on 17 Feb I received an SMS thanking me for subscribing to Cricket pack @ Rs 5/- per day, for which facility I had NEVER opted for. My constant endeavour to unsubscribe the facility through Customer Care or by dialling *321*618 have not borne fruit thus far. It is requested that Air Tel may be pressed upon to unsubscribe this unwanted facility on my mobile connection 9810790628.
