My Airtel Mobil number has been deleted with no reason

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for changing my Postpaid (CUG) to Airtel (91-9944940628, Tamilnadu) on end of last December. But number has been deleted with no reason after some days. I was submit my documents properly but don't know why and how they deleted my number.

I gave my address proof Airtel Relationship Centre, 1168-Bharti Centre, Near

Lakshmi Mills Signal, Avinashi Road, Papanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore - 641037

Could you please help me for my issue to get back my number.
