Balance Deduction

Dear sir/madam

I'm first time here.nearly 4 days before there was a deduction in my mobile (Airtel) balance of Rs.30/- .Without my permission they subscribe a service.then i called customer cere executive on same day complaint being admitted on 21-feb.complaint no.is COVWC30221529775.but there is no action till now.

SO PROMPT ACTION IS REQUESTED
