Dear Sir / Ma'am,

For the past two days I am facing the Problem of my call being overheared by the AIRTEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT People. Yesterday while speaking on the phone I got a missed call and the other person who was talking with me got missed call from the same number. After our call was over, I got the call from the same number and the person who spoke said the entire content of waht me and my friend were discussing. Please let me know how to take action on this. This has created a situation such as we cannot use phone to discuss personal matters. Please do reply to my email ID antony.kurian@tcs.com.
