Airtel prepaid booster cheating

Hi..

I have been using Airtel for the past 5 months..Today i have recharged for Rs 52 .But i have recharged after i got the sms only.but when i complained to customer care, they said presently u cant send sms as TRAI holded the same. Then i asked why you have sent such information, they haven't given any reply.when i asked 52 ruppees back, they said it's not possible..they will send such information they will take money they will not give offer..Its real cheating..Please help me in this regard..
