Number not activated even after 48 hrs of recieving notification

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilay Desai, i had submitted my porting-in request to airtel on 22th February I recieved my no service period notification on the 26th. After this my previous Docomo connection was permanently terminated. bt it is the 28th today and my airtel service has yet not been activated. i have been subjected to no service since 48 hrs.

I also contacted the airtel's helpline but even they could not retrieve any information.

Please look into the matter to the earliest.
