52 Rs sms pack is fake

Today I have recharged with 52 rs for SMS pack but when i send a sms my 1 rs is getting deducted from my account, after recharging i was confident so sent many msgs to friends n kept on chatting, when msgs stopped sending after my balance got over, that time i realized how airtel deceived me.

now i am trying to call 121 from my mobile but they are telling me to send sms in 120 characters to 121. same thing if i call to 198.

Airtel is really f**king me so i have decided to port my number to Vodafone or to BSNL.

Any Suggestions?
