Unnessasary deduction from the balance

DEAR SIR,

i have two nos. of airtel service provider e.i. 98155 15156 and 98720 66620 with the name of JASBIR SINGH so far, always i have been deducted lot of balance from abovesaid nos. without sending any request by me, and i got lot of mental harrassment whenever i complaint to customer care they promise me to reduce that deducted charges but i never get adjusted my money till now therefore it is to request you that find some solution for me or suggest me how to claim for my lot of refund which has been deducted by the company. THANKS.
