Limited mess

I just only recharged a mess booster for my mobile for an rs of 50.for three months now the network suddenly saying that only limited sms u can send... and i have so much of problem in that please clear that problem and they were charging rs 1 for one sms... please get me a right solution for it as soon as possible...
