Deduct money on subscribing some romance subsciption unneccesarily on my mobile numbe

I have airtel number and one day or other msg comes to me saying ur 10 rs or 7rs has been deducted for romance subscription, i never did this so why my money has been deducted so many times, when calling customer care, no one replies or tell how to get the money refunded, rather calling airtel customer care charges money by holding up the call, this is really bad, i m going to change the service provider very soon.
