Epeatedly activting vale added services without my consent

Airtel has been repeatedly activating value added services without my consent and claim that i have activated these. This has happened in 2 airtel no.s also the same has happened to 4 other members in my family. When threatened with being taken to consumer court was asked what proof we had of not activating these services.
