Number 9725700037, sir 28/02 at09:15 pm i call on 121 which is customer care number of airtel mobile services, who pickup my call that i dont know, but the call is chargeble per three minutee 0.50 pc. i have a query that i recharged free sms pack, which have daily 500 msg national and local, but today at 9:15 pm when i try to send a message it charged1.50 pc, then why it happen, customer care told me its a rules of TRY . above 100 message all messages are chargeble, how can airtel do it even i have a recharge 500 sms pack, still my query is not completed that customer care representative cut down my call, still i have this problem, what to do that i dont know even airtel didnt inform us about that rules, even they didnt update any thing on website
